Batch shutdown and batch program for Matrix

Matrix Batch
Copy this into notepad, save as matrix.bat then execute

This loops the random numbers in the color Green with black background.
Also, this has a use. The speed of the random numbers has no set speed, so it can be used as a CPU usage monitor. When the CPU is free, they run faster. If you open a new program, the numbers will slow down. At some points, the numbers will be at a stand still.

you might be able to make an image of it, but it natively it only runs on operating systems, unless we find how to enable HTML in siggy's (i dont know how to)

I've been thinking alot, and I might want to switch to Vbullitan because it has a lot more things that we can change like siggy, etc.

yes it will destroy our progress But it is much easier to use because more sites use Vbulliten so people will be more familiar with it
